I'm Hanna — a stay-at-home mom of three, homeschool educator, and outdoor enthusiast based in rural Texas. My background spans animal and human medicine with an EMT certificate, CrossFit training, farm and ranch life, and three postpartum fitness journeys.

I make my own kombucha, formulate holistic skincare, cook a whole-food diet, and have spent years hiking, skiing, camping, biking, and exploring more than half of the US states. I've traveled to multiple countries and understand what it means to adventure with kids in tow.

What makes my content different is that I'm not performing wellness — I'm living it. Brands get an authentic extension of their own story, not an influencer reading a script.
